Fort Defiance - 195 Fort Defiance Road, Fort Defiance 24437-0038 540-245-5050 Get to I-81 from Lynchburg by taking Rt. 29 North and then either Rt. #60 West to Madison Heights or Rt. 6 in Nelson Co. Take I-81 North. Take the Verona Exit. At stop sign, turn left and proceed to 2nd stoplight into Verona. At 2nd stoplight turn right (Rt. 11). Go to 2nd stoplight (Ft. Defiance), turn left. The school is less than I mile on the night (middle school is on the left).
